  • Overview

    Candidate will possess knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and tools, clean work site and personal safety as well as the safety of team members. Candidate will help, assist, and follow direction from Superintendents, Foreman, and assigned craftsman.


    • Candidate will be punctual towards arriving at the construction site early enough to commence work.
    • Candidate duties may include the loading and unloading of construction equipment and material.
    • Duties will include general house keeping of project sites.
    • Candidate will work very closely with skilled craftsman to set up forms where concrete is poured.
    • Candidate will need to engage all forms of hard labor that is necessary for the completion of the construction project.
    • Candidate will be responsible to install various commercial, and industrial systems that are needed.
    • Candidate will be expected to use, clean, and maintain the different tools used on the construction site.
    • Candidate will be expected to handle the hoists, and other equipment used to lift construction materials.
    • Candidate has to work at heights and in confined spaces as well.
    • Candidate has to perform awkward and repetitive manual tasks.
    • Duties may include light administration and assistance to Project Superintendent.



    1. 1+ years of industrial field experience as an laborer.
    2. Math skills.
    3. Must hold a TWIC card.
    4. Must hold OSHA basic plus card.
    5. Must pass Drug and Alcohol screen.
    6. Must undergo audiogram.
